14th GW Ethics in Publishing Conference
October 10-11, 2024 (hybrid format)
Integrity in a Time of Change
The 14th GW Ethics in Publishing Conference will be held as a hybrid event, on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at the City View Room, GW Foggy Bottom Campus, and virtual, and on Friday, October 11, virtual only.
The theme of the 2024 conference is "Integrity in a Time of Change."

We will be hearing from publishing and library professionals, scholars, faculty, and students on topics such as publishing equity; impact of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility efforts; Artificial Intelligence (AI) and research integrity; multilingualism; accessibility; diversity, equity & inclusion; inclusive practices in language editing and design; community-centered peer review practices; and more.
Sessions will be recorded and will be made available on this conference site in the weeks following the event.
Organized and hosted by the Graduate Program in Publishing, College of Professional Studies, George Washington University
