Scriptural Models of Diverse Salvation

PaulÕs Models of Salvation

The Apostle Paul, primary theologian of early Christianity, describes salvation using several overlapping but distinct models. Salvation is depicted both as a remedy for human disobedience and as deliverance from cosmic forces of sin and death[8]. For some, salvation is appropriated through faith (belief and trust); for others, it takes experiential shape through baptism, communal worship, or acts of justice[8][2].
